Report on Field Visit & Idea Creation Activity dated 05/10/2026
PM SHRI KV CRPF Nagpur organised Activity–2: Field Visit & Idea Creation under the DICE initiative of School Innovation Council (SIC) for 50 selected students of Classes IX–XI at Entrepreneur and incubation centre,Priyadarshini College of Engineering (PCE), Nagpur.
The visit provided students with valuable exposure to innovation, entrepreneurship, start-ups and emerging technologies. Students interacted with the Dean of the Chemical Engineering Department and the co-founder of Shukl Solutions, along with her interns, who demonstrated an indigenous instant strain-cleaner product developed and patent by the start-up and now available for customers through Flipkart. This interaction helped students understand the journey from problem identification to product development, patenting and commercialisation.
The students further visited Cogniviz Start-up, where they interacted with an entrepreneur and learnt about 3D printers, their types and applications, as well as the innovative use of in-house raw materials for producing 3D-printer filament. They also visited the EV Start-up Department and interacted with a researcher, gaining insights into emerging electric-vehicle technologies.
The students enjoyed refreshments at the PCE canteen and participated enthusiastically throughout the visit. The field exposure encouraged them to observe real-world innovations and think creatively about developing solutions to everyday problems.
The students were escorted by Mr. Rajkumar Pouranik, Mr. Kishor Shengadekar, Mrs. Pooja Rawat and Ms. Kajal. The Vidyalaya expresses its sincere gratitude to Dr. Ankush Deosant, DICE Coordinator, PCE, ,for meticulously planning and ensuring the smooth execution of the visit.
The programme was organised under the able supervision of Mr. Anil S. Gholpe, Principal, PM SHRI KV CRPF Nagpur and Dr.S.P.Muley Dean Incubation center PCE, Dr.S.A.Dhale Principal PCE.
Overall, the field visit was an enriching and inspiring experience that strengthened students’ understanding of innovation, entrepreneurship, product development and technology-driven problem solving.
