About KV

KV CRPF Nagpur, established in 1980, primarily serves children of CRPF and other service groups. Operating as a Civil sector KV under CRPF’s sponsorship, the school transitioned to a permanent building in 2004, with expansions in 2014. Initially starting with grades I to V, it now offers three sections each from I to X and science and commerce streams at the +2 level, educating around 1200 students with a staff of 53. Spread over 10.5 acres, the school features lush lawns, gardens, well-equipped labs, an Atal Tinkering Lab, e-classrooms with smart panels, and smart classes. Emphasizing GALA and BALA concepts, it includes a Kitchen and Medicinal Garden to connect learners with their roots. Special self-defense classes, guidance, and counseling sessions contribute to the holistic development of students. As a PM SHRI School, it has further enriched its facilities and curriculum, striving to implement NEP principles and adopting a ‘learning by doing’ methodology. Renowned for its co-curricular and extra-curricular activities, the school aims to foster a love for learning, equipping students with 21st-century skills, promoting confidence, critical thinking, and holistic development. Committed to academic excellence and inclusive education, KV CRPF also supports under-represented students through RTE admissions, fostering a spirit of innovation, competition, and national integration.
